You can easily define row colours either by specifying a conditional expression (e.g. colour will be red if DueDate < CurrentDate) or by setting a colour depending on a value selected in a field (e.g. take a colour by a Status and letting the users pick their colours in the status definition).
The colours are automatically displayed in
- Detail view
- Table view
- Calendar view
Example
The foreground colour depends on the due date (red = due), background colour depends on the task type (color is picked in a task type definition).
