Menu without scroll bar

I was trying to expand a Menu and click on menu item.

I was expecting to expand the Menu and click on menu item.

Instead I’ve got the menu expand but part of menu is hide and is not possible select, because scroll bar is not.

I can confirm this problem 2021.2.0.2243. It is not possible to scroll menu container.
