Numeric Input - Incorrect formatting result and unable to invoke default action via Enter

I have a modal dialog with a numeric input.

If I type in 5000 and press Enter, Origam responds with Invalid value - 0,000.
If I type in 5000 and press action button, the input contains value 500 000,00.
