Printing issue - network printer stops to be visible

I have a network printer installed on the Windows Server 2012 R2 Foundation (all Windows updates are installed on it).
I use ReportService/PrintReport method to print a Crystal report from Origam-based application to it.
(Very new stable 2016.3. version of Origam)
The IIS Apppool is running under local user with administrator rights.

Everything works well for several hours, but then the printer stops to be visible (Error message: No printer installed).
After recycling of Application pool it starts working again.

I found nothing directly connected with the problem in Windows system logs.

Do somebody have any idea:
-what would the problem to be?
-how to test it?
-what another settings/technology to use to workaround it?
