A drop down UI field that uses a lookup on another table freezes and does not respond for a while. The lookup is on another table with just two columns and the search of the test being typed in the drop down field is done on both the columns.
The refresh button freezes the UI and does not allow any UI operation on the field
This seems to be an issue with database performance. Have you tried to analyze underlying SQL and apply index?
The issue is reported from version 2021.1.0.1853, we’re waiting for upgrade to the latest version, to review it again.
The server version is now upgraded to 2021.1.0.2266. The loading of the dropdown still consumes considerable time.
