How can I configure sending errors by users directly from error dialog by e-mail (Send button)?

Every error report contains:
- Error message
- User name of the user who sent the report
- Screenshot of the current screen when the report was sent
- Trace log of the front-end that can be useful for debugging of what the user actually did before the error occured
Error report can be sent by:
- Clicking on Send button on the error message dialog
- Clicking on Send Report after clicking on About (the top-right logo) in the ORIGAM application
