How can I configure sending errors by users directly from error dialog by e-mail (Send button)?

See https://www.origam.com/doc/display/architect/Problem+Reporting+Configuration for instructions about how to set up where the error reports from your ORIGAM applications will be sent.

Every error report contains:

  • Error message
  • User name of the user who sent the report
  • Screenshot of the current screen when the report was sent
  • Trace log of the front-end that can be useful for debugging of what the user actually did before the error occured

Error report can be sent by:

  • Clicking on Send button on the error message dialog
  • Clicking on Send Report after clicking on About (the top-right logo) in the ORIGAM application
