We have an issue with OPenStreetMaps layer integrated forms. The map layer is not shown in the form, other map layers (LPIS) work fine. Any suggestion how to resolve this issue?

I suggest to go to the Map Layers configuration screen, select OpenStreetMaps layer and add a parameter url with value https://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/.
