When you open a pop-up window above the editor, e.g. the transformation task in a workflow diagram, you open the transformation reference and if you double click on the transformation, it is opened in the editor and the pop-up window is closed. But if the transformation is already opened in the editor, it is focused in the background with the pop-up window stuck in the foreground.
