Architect sets incorrect package version in database

I have a package with current version 3.4.8. When I create a new deployment version 3.4.9 and set it as current version, the version in database is set to 3.4.8 instead of 3.4.9.

I’ve made an observation that if I set current version to 3.4.8 in Architect, 3.4.9 is set in database.
