Changing order of hiding of components on the toolbar

This full size toolbar of the screen section.

When the screen section shrinks, the row navigation buttons and row counter is hidden.

When the screen section shrinks more, the size of the label and size of the action button gets adjusted.

The client suggests that before adjusting size of the title and action button, the buttons for switching the view could be hidden.

If we can still access them under the three-dot ... icon, I am fine with that.
The same can go with the rest of the buttons, including the action buttons.
