I was trying to create a new chat room
I was expecting open a window and set users and chat title.
Instead I’ve got an empty screen

I think the problem might be in the IFrame view as I noticed we couldn’t see the web reports today. Can you check the console/network etc.?
Looks like it’s trying to load the chat scripts from a wrong path?
