I tested this and have the same problem. Firefox is not able to enable aggregations at all. Chrome works just fine.
Just a slight notice, if you already have aggregation switched on, it can be changed in Firefox. So only initial aggregation setup is not possible.
What caused the problem?
The div that has the OnClick handler attched to it was for some reason rendered by firefox with zero height.
