DateTime format does not include time zone and daylight setting

Javascript always creates data object in ISO format, for example: 2016-09-20T07:40:50.754Z
This format has information including Time zone and daylight settings.

Normally we use
DateTime.Parse(“2016-09-20T07:40:50.754Z”); //Converts to 2016-09-20 07.40, which is not correct

Instead we need to use
DateTime.Parse(“2016-09-20T07:40:50.754Z”, null, System.Globalization.DateTimeStyles.AssumeLocal); //Convert to 2016-09-20 08.40, which is correct. Here C# recognizes that data string has daylight and timezone information.
