There is no indication that a deployment script was run with the Execute action since there is no log visible. The logging for the Architect would have to be set to level DEBUG or INFO which isn’t practical. The information in the desktop Architect also contained an information how many records were affected.
It would be nice if the shortcut CRTL + X worked as the execution command.
