Identifying a lookup by name in XSLT

Implement new set of XSLT functions (in data namespace) which would identify a lookup by its name.

Unique names

Be aware that from now on the lookup names must be unique so there has to be a rule in architect for that.

Example is a data constant. You need to override the Name in order to add the desired attribute.
