IIS 8.5 - 404 File or Directory was not found

After installing new SQL2014 and IIS 8.5 as well as .NET 4.6 on Windows 2012 server I keep getting error page 404 File or Directory was not found.

I have migrated Origam 2015.11.81 to the new server from original one. Any Idea why this is happenign?

Seeing the request is handled as a static file, you need to install Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 4.
