If mail body contains a XML invalid character (e. g. 0x02), the whole process of fetching emails with IMAP loader fails and no emails are retrieved. This is due internal usage of XML stores in Origam.
The mail body needs to be checked before persisting and if there are such characters either the mail shouldn’t be retrieved and put into “badmail” folder or the characters should be sanitized. A new loader paramater sanitize could control the reaction to such information.
