Improve work with Attachment

We found few problems with a work with the Attachments.

  1. change filename remove Attachment from database.
  2. filename could be just space.
  3. it is not possible delete all attachments for specific row.
  4. it is possible save empty attachment into database.
  5. if filename is too big , system save only filename and no file.
