Loading HTML client takes too long when used with no internet connection

When used in LAN-only setup (no access to the internet) the app loads for too long and there will be some icons missing.

The goal is to have all assets collocated locally with the app and do not load any external resources.

There is Fontawesome icon set still loaded from the external CDN.
