Lookup binding is opening empty lazy-loaded form on CTRL+Click

If I CTRL+click to lookup column in order to open the list, it opens empty:

In the list view it looks like this:

The list form that I’m opening is lazy-loaded:

After I turn off the lazy-loading, the binding starts to work well:

I see you do not have the RecordEditMethod set up. It should be a primary key filter.
