If the user presses the “Maximize” button, the screen gets maximized but all the action buttons are hidden.
After maximize:
It would help a lot if the action buttons would stay visible, including the Save and Refresh button.
As deep linking is also available and Search button would work now, too, it would be helpful to add a Close button so the user can go back and close a screen opened e.g. by Ctrl+Click.
Now the menu button could also be visible for quick opening of other screens. They could also open maximized so the user could look something up and close with the Close button and thus return to the original maximized screen.
It is very similar to the mobile workflow.
