New Project in Architect put model to wrong directory

I was trying to create new project via Architect
I was expecting that model will be in a model directory.
Instead I’ve got the model in model/model directory.

Did this happen because we moved the model to the model subfolder in the Root zip file?

Yes. It was the problem.
