New Project Wizard Fixes

Create new project in Architect ends error when click on Yes in Question “Deployment Scripts Pending” during create new project process.

A deployment report is working correctly if the deplyment detects circular dependencies.

The issue with “Deployment Scripts Pending” occurs also when you click on No. When you create a new project manually and open the Root menu package to run the scripts, clicking on No in the dialog results in no scripts being run, not even when you open other packages, or disconnect and connect again or restart the architect.

@jsusen I would expect that clicking on “No” would result in running the scripts for all packages instead of not running it at all and blocking the dialog offering the execution of any scripts.

Another problem with the New Project Wizard:

Open Architect
Create a new project using the wizard.
Disconnect from the project
Delete the project model from the disk

This results in multiple exceptions on the FileEventQueue timer. It looks like the FileEventQueue is not disposed after closing the project and the delete events are registered and processed. The processing fails because the services need for the processing have been unloaded.

A redundant pop up question is shown after clicking Run.

It should be removed and the scripts should just run every time.

I cannot reproduce the issue in master. I will need more details.

The problem was that @zcapkova used the wrong model for testing.

@washi can we somehow delete or disable this repository?
