Online User - clear session UI action not working for WindowsAuth users

If user is authenticated to Origam via WindowsAuth (ActiveDirectory user) and you want to clear the user session via Online User form, the user cannot use the frontend until IIS application pool is recycled (this affects all users).
The user is somehow authenticated, but the portal is not loaded - menu is missing, user name in the right upper corner is empty - the UI is not working. Clearing all related cookies didn’t help.

We could not reproduce the issue. The session was probably corrupted in some other way. Can you reliably reproduce the issue?
