Origam.BI.Excel.dll not updated in the 2022.3 release

I was running a workflow that failed with the following message:

Could not load type 'Origam.Rule.IXsltEngine' from assembly 'Origam.Rule, Version=2022.3.0.2668, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.

The workflow failed when it was loading an Excel report. The library Origam.BI.Excel.dll was not updated in the build, it stayed in version 2022.1.0.2570, so it was not updated also in the 2022.2 release.
