Remove Confusing Buttons From the Users screen

New users can be created with the “Add User” workflow. Pressing the “+” or “copy” buttons in the User screen leads to errors. These two buttons should be removed.

@washi This is a breaking change. Some customers use these buttons as this is the way to add users e.g. when Windows single sign-on is used. For those another way of creating a user might have to be modelled. Maybe an extension to the new user wizard that does not create a password, just a user name or something like that.

I see. I’m going to revert the change then and we will redesign the update.

This change has been reverted and the “+” and “copy” buttons returned. We will redesign this update.
