Save and Refresh buttons used to be color highlighted on hover. Now they are not.

I could not find any change related to this in GIT. It looks like the current behavior (Save button is green on hover when the active form is dirty) has been added on 25.11.2019 and never changed. The same thing with the Refresh.
In what version did you see the behavior you describe?
I was not aware that it gets green only if dirty. That is kind of ok (although why should it be available at all if it does not do anything?).
So the only remaining problem is that “Refresh” button should be blue on hover according to the original design.
