Scheduler as independent project

At the moment scheduler is a part of desktop client build. It is also part of Origam windows docker. The desired situation is following:

  • scheduler should be a separate build artifact and release asset
  • scheduler functionality should be available also on linux docker images

Both features are implemented. Separate build in 2025.3, inclusion in docker images in [2025.8](https://community.origam.com/t/release-notes-2025-8/4198).
