Screen section - field with DataLookup - parameter error: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary

If I have a screen section with field where DataLookup is specified, the lookup parameters is not possible to edit. There is an message:
Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'a7e07f17-0f78-4d7d-8d40-fb0112d51af5' Key being added: 'a7e07f17-0f78-4d7d-8d40-fb0112d51af5'

This issue occurs only for some lookups not all lookups and started to happen only in new versions of Architect - currently 2021.2.0.2217.

The latest build number is 2021.2.0.2289. Does the problem occur there?

The latest build 2021.2.0.2289 doesn’t suffer from that issue.
