Split panel with fixedSize=true is not rendered under certain conditions

I was trying to open a screen with a FixedSize=true split panel

I was expecting to see the screen splited into two parts

Instead I’ve got only 1 part (one screen section). The other screen section was completely missing

How to replicate

  1. checkout GitHub - origam/origam at enhance-testmodel-to-replicate-several-problems-2022-4
  2. Open architect and let the deployment scripts run
  3. Open screen Widgets > Sections > Fixed split panel test. There is only one screen section insted of two visible.
