UI action - button icon not shown

I have an button icon assinged in UI action.

This is icon is correctly shown in Toolbar of a Screen, but not in PanelHeader nor PanelMenu.

Could you please revise this? Thank you.

Icons are not supported when UI action is located in PanelHeader or PanelMenu.
