A user can trigger workflow Next action while row updates are still running in certain conditions which may result in an error or data inconsistency. The user can also trigger the Next action more times multiple-clicking on the action button.
The Next action shall wait for all the updates to be completed and it shall not be possible to initiate its resubmission.
