Adds a specified number of seconds to a date.

PARAMETERS
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| date | Date to which months will be added. |
| seconds | Number of seconds to add (if negative, seconds will be deducted). |
REMARKS
Parts smaller than seconds will not touched.
EXAMPLE
This example adds 1 second to a source date.
