I have updated Architect to the newest version (2519) and during the installation the OrigamSettings.config file was rewritten.
After researching WiX resource I have come to conclusion, that we shouldn’t deliver OrigamSettings.config with the setup at all. Architect should check the presence of the file itself and should create empty file if needed.
@washi The OrigamSettings.config location has changed. Does it help with the solution?
