Change the official way of making frontend plugins

The new way of developing and deploying plugins should change. The plugins should be developed inside of the plugins/implementations folder in the client. Update documentation and write a simple tool for copying the plugins to the folder and modifying related files.

The new way of making the plugins makes some of the javascript packages on npm redundant. Remove them and merge the code back into the origam repository.
