If the user opens a screen and closes it before the loading is complete, this error message is show when the data finally arrives:
Your connection expired or the application has been restarted. Please refresh your browser or log in again.
The message should not be shown in this case. It only makes sense if the server is restarted while the user has some screens open and some data is requested after the restart. Then the user should refresh the browser.
