HTML Architect – After switching package tabs should close

When changing a package all open tabs should close automatically. If some are dirty, a popup should show up asking if the user wants to save changes.

Implemented a new feature to close all open editors when switching packages in H…TML Architect Frontend: - Added `closeAllEditors` method to `ArchitectApi` for API communication. - Updated `IArchitectApi` interface to include `closeAllEditors` and `persistChanges`. - Introduced `closeAllEditors` generator in `EditorTabViewState` to handle user prompts, save changes, and clear editor states. - Updated `PackagesState` to close all editors before switching active packages. - Modified `RootStore` to inject `EditorTabViewState` into `PackagesState`. Backend: - Added `CloseAllEditors` endpoint in `EditorController` to handle requests. - Implemented `CloseAllEditors` method in `EditorService` to close all open editors.
