Using Ctrl+S doesn't save current field changes

I was trying to open a form, edit any field and then press Ctrl+s without leaving the field

I was expecting the edited value in the field was saved.

Instead it wasn’t even though it was displayed.When I change focus to another field the form got red (dirty).

It works inconsistently. Pressing save button makes the form dirty.
